The Crows Joy Foundation

Giving something back.

The Crows Joy Foundation's vision is to provide a first platform for young artists to exhibit their work and earn a return, whilst also contributing towards the ALS Society of Nova Scotia.

My late wife, Linda Isabel Finley, was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) in June of 2003. cyclamen02Sadly she passed away in May of 2004. Linda was an accomplished artist and had received several awards including a National Design Award from the government of Malaysia for a range of products developed for Royal Selangor Pewter. She had a particular soft spot for young artists, as Linda realized from her own life, how very difficult it is as an artist to make a living from your talent. Without the support of the ALS society Linda's last year would have been unimaginable.

We do not charge for the cost of digital reproduction and only retain an amount of the total sale price to cover the media, printing and distribution costs. The balance is split evenly between the ALS society of Nova Scotia and the artist.

Here on these pages you will find various images with prices together with a brief introduction to the artists ..................enjoy.

We have also included a section of Linda's art. All of the net proceeds of the sale go to the ALS society of Nova Scotia.

From time to time there may be additional images contributed by other new, aspiring or accomplished artists of all ages.

Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any questions.
