Agreement for wedding photography between George Klass Photography Inc. (the Photographer) and the Bride and Groom (the Client) as detailed below.

h) This signed agreement constitutes an order for wedding photographic services as detailed below

i) Liability limits: Whilst the Photographer will take all due care and attention to ensure that the photographs of the wedding day events are successful and satisfactory the limit of any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver the photographs and other materials, for any reason whatsoever, is strictly limited to a refund of any monies paid.

k) In order to allow the Photographer the freedom required to ensure good coverage of your wedding in a timely manner, no other professional photographer shall be permitted to photograph the wedding whilst the Photographer is working without prior agreement of the Photographer.

l) Promotion and display: The Photographer may, at his discretion, display and use photographs from the wedding for display, advertising, internet and web site promotion, bridal shows, books, studio display, contests, public display and any other purposes deemed proper by the Photographer.

m) Payment and deposit: The Photographer agrees to reserve the time and date stated above exclusively for the purposes of this agreement. As a consequence of this the reservation deposit of $200.00 is non refundable for any reason including change of time and date of the wedding, acts of god, cancellation, strike, extreme weather and any other events or reasons whatsoever. The reservation deposit is due upon the signing of this agreement. The Client further agrees that the entire amount owed for the services described above is due before or on the wedding date.

n) Delivery Guarantee: The Photographer will deliver unedited proofs in digital format of the wedding photographs within 10 days of the wedding date and other items as described under paragraph (h), above, within 4 weeks of receiving the final selection from client. Other orders for photographs will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date of order.

o) All images and digital files provided to the Client are on the basis of “shared copyright with the photographer”. This means that you may use these images as you please. In cases of commercial or publication use, all images used are to be attributed to the photographer.

p) The Photographer is commissioned as an independent contractor.
